29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Employees engaged in masonry work were not protected from hazards of falling while working from tubular welded frame scaffold platform elevated approximately 12 feet above the ground. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
