29 CFR 1910.36(g)(1): The ceiling of an exit route must be at least seven feet six inches (2.3 m) high. Any projection from the ceiling must not reach a point less than six feet eight inches (2.0 m) from the floor: In the C warehouse, located upstairs above the B warehouse - Employees were not provided safe egress in case of an emergency while stocking or removing parts for customers orders. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that there were overhead obstructions, which were found to be approximately 5 feet 2 inches above the floor level.

29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: Warehouse - Building S - Employees were exposed to struck by hazards from falling/tipping augers in that the augers leaning against the wall were stored outside of the storage racks without tying, blocking, securing.
