This failure has the potential to expose employees to injuries associated with working with and around a chemical/drugs they are either not familiar with and or not trained to use. Employees are exposed to but not limited to: Detonate Herbicide: Cornbelt Salvan, Dragnet� SFR Termiticide/Insecticide, Formaldehyde, 37%, Inforce 3, Veterinary Biologicals, Chlorhexidine Solution 2%

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignments and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees have not previously been trained about is introduced into their work area: At the facility the employer is failing to protect employees from potential chemical exposure hazards associated with not conducting required HAZCOM training. The employer has employee(s) using various types of chemicals while not having been formally trained in accordance with the requirements of this subpart.
