29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    Mechanization Deptartment :    The control circuit of the mechanism moving the tools from the tool holder to the spindle was not locked out while a worker was performing a tool changeover at the Haas CNC Milling machine serial # 27318. A worker was injured while performing a tool changeover.
