Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Jobsite, Detroit Switch Building, 1025-33 Beaver Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or before 4/25/12, employees were engaged in roofing activities within 6 feet of the edge of the roof. Employees were within 6 feet of the edge roof of the roof when moving equipment and materials which exposed them to a 62 foot fall hazard.

This condition required the employees to travel within 2 feet of the edge of the low-slope roof and exposed them to an approximate 62 foot fall hazard.
