29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about April 25, 2012, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were conducted. 1. Employees of multiple subcontractors were exposed to falls of more than 14 feet to the concrete below. No fall protection in use or in place. 2. Employees of multiple subcontractors were exposed to struck by hazards from fall materials and/or tools. No hard provided.
