29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 12634 Airline Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA.; The employer failed to ensure that employees wore safety harnesses while working from aerial lifts: 1.) Two employees sheathing a wall was approximately 16 feet above ground. 2.) An employee was removing equipment and material from a roof approximately 20 feet above ground. 3.) An employee installing trim was approximately 26 feet above ground. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
