29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set: (a) At 105 Carrollton Ave in Greenwood, MS - On or about April 11, 2012, the Gradall Fork Lift, model 534-6, serial number 0288899, was on an incline in the street. The parking brake was defective and the fork lift was only chocked on the left front wheel.
