29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a)Kiln Boiler Room: Employees were operating a Milwaukee Tools impact drill (serial #239B403280073) that was plugged into an extension cord powered by a 120 volt receptacle that was ground fault protected. The strain relief on the receptacle end of the extension cord was damaged exposing insulated conductors, as observed on April 17, 2012. Abatement Certification Required for this Item
