On or about April 27, 2012 - at the above adressed jobsite, employees performed Class 1 abatement of thermal system insulation. The employees conducted removal operations of pipe insulation which contained 25% asbestos and were not provided adequate protective clothing, thereby exposing the employees to the hazards associated with asbestos.
