The panel is located along the concrete wall. b) Power Panel #4, on or about 5/2/12: A knockout was missing on the left side of the panel. The panel is located next to the employee entrance. c) Outdoor Fuel Tank, on or about 5/2/12: The GFCI outlet was pulled out of the wall and was not securely mounted exposing employees to shock and burn hazards.
