29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury was not guarded: (a) Shop Floor - On or about April 20, 2012, the light curtains on the hydrualic press did not adequately guard the point of operation to prevent the operator from having a hand in the danger zone during the operating cycle. The guarding device was not constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.
