29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):     A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) 401 Young Ave., Moorestown, NJ:  Employee working from the platform of a raised articulating telescoping JLG 400S boom lift was exposed to fall hazards from heights greater than 20 feet.  The employee was wearing a full body harness.  However, the harness leg straps were not connected, there was no lanyard, and the employee was not anchored to the boom or basket of the lift.  Observed on or about 05/01/2012.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
