Pool- Employees working from a top plate bracket scaffold which was supported by the top of the pool wall were exposed to a fall hazard where a single row of 2x10 inch wood planking was used as a work platform and the overlaps between planks were less than 12 inches in length and not all of the overlaps did not occur over the supports.
