29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):  The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employees ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    Employees sandblasting and spray painting are required to wear a sandblasting hood and a tight-fitting, cartridge type, half mask respirator and exposed to respirator misuse and paint exposure hazards.  Medical evaluations prior to employee fit-testing were not completed.

Employees were exposed to possible burns while working in an approximately 30 foot long by 20 foot wide and 20 foot high storage room used to store flammable chemicals (Class I) such as Xylene.   The storage room did not have electrical lights, wiring and receptacles which was approved for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations.
