On or about 5/2/12, in the cleaning line, for employees that fill the tanks with hydrofluric acid and nitric acid, 2-3x a week; transferring from a 55 gallon drum via a hand pump. The employer required employees to don a North 75SCP100 full face respirator. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to the employees.
