29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: a. First Level Above Basement: The temporary lights were exposed to accidental breakage due to there were 5 light bulbs in a set of energized temporary lights that had the plastic guard completely missing and one light bulb with the guard open exposing the bulb to accidental breakage as observed on 4-18-12.
