29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Building site, building #5 - On or about 2 May, 2012 - Employees were using two (2) Relocatable Power Taps (RPT) to power drywall screw guns and a drill for mixing drywall compound. The RPT was not being used in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories standard UL1363-Relocatable Power Taps, in that RPTs are not listed for use on construction sites. Employees were exposed to a fire hazard.
