Cargo Storage Trailer: The DeWalt portable band saw hanging off the pipe vise was missing the ground pin and was not tagged out to prohibit its use as observed on 4-19-12.

29 CFR 1926.403(h): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit was not legibly marked at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so that the purpose was evident: a. Area C: The Cutler Hammer electrical circuit breaker box was not labeled appropriately in that the box had been used on a previous project and some of the circuit breakers were still labeled for the previous project such as the circuit breaker labeled for the elevator and there was no elevator on site as observed on 4-19-12. b. Area B (East): The General Electric circuit breaker box was not labeled appropriately in that the box had been used on another project and some of the circuit breakers were still labelled for the previous project such as the second floor lights and there was no second floor as observed on 4-19-12. c. Area B (West): The General Electric circuit breaker box was not labeled appropriately in that the box had been used on another project and some of the circuit breakers were still labeled for the previous project such as the south temporary lights and there were no lights.
