29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jobsite: On or about April 25, 2012, two employees were not protected from falling approximately 31 feet from a 5 in 12 pitchd roof. One employee was repointing a chimney and another employee was working at repairing a gutter and the roof.
