29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected:      (a) Seed Lab/OIP Building:  On or about 05 APR 12 and at times prior thereto, the fire extinguisher had not received an annual maintenance check or inspection. The tag on the fire extinguisher showed that it was last inspected in June 2008. The workers used soldering to fuse and installing copper pipes increasing their exposure to a fire.
