29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process. On or about May 2, 2012 employees were exposed to the hazards associated with a building collapse as they erected an engineered metal building that was not guyed or braced to withstand loads comparable in intensity to those for which the structure was designed resulting from wind and or seismic activity. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
