The shear also was not guarded on the back side; 2) The Scotchman Ironworker included an unguarded punch press with the punch raised up to 5" above the work rest; 3) One hydraulic press brakes (unknown manufacturer) with a downward action in the welding shop was not guarded at its point of operation; 4) One hydraulic press brakes (unknown manufacturer) with a sideward action in the fab shop was not guarded at its point of operation; 5) A Bridgeport drill press (model and serial number not provided) was not guarded at its point of operation; 6) A Heard Machine Works drill press, model DTCW, was not guarded at its point of operation; 7) An all-Trade drill press model 966 D-512 sn A416J was not guarded at its point of operation; Conditions exposed employees to amputation hazards.
