29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a) Drilling mud mixing area: on or about May 1, 2012, the drilling rig contractor employees engaged in the drilling of an oil/gas well mixed drilling mud that included barite and diesel as components. The diesel tank and two barite bulk containers were not marked as to their contents.
