29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    At the jobsite located at 1618 E Cook St., Springfield, IL, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing residential roofing operations.  The employees were not protected by fall protection.    a)  At the jobsite located at 1618 E Cook St., Springfield, IL, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while performing residential roofing operations on a residential roof.  The employee was not protected by fall protection.    B)  At the jobsite located at 1618 E Cook St., Springfield, IL, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the concrete below while performing residential roofing operations on a low slope residential roof.  The employees were not provided with fall protection.
