29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i):     The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:    a) Drilling mud mixing area:  on or about May 1, 2012, the drilling rig employees engaged in the drilling of an oil/gas well mixed drilling mud that included barite and diesel as components.  The diesel tank and two barite bulk containers were not marked as to their contents.    The Helmerich and Payne Drilling International Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313684805, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at the Base 1-26H well, Sec 35-14N-10W, Canadian County, Geary, OK  73040.
