Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet.     b) Building - On or about 1 May, 2012 - During roof sheathing operations employees were on the second floor of the building and were exposed to fall hazards while working near unguarded wall openings. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 12 feet.
