29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) On or about May 4, 2012, at the above located workplace, employees in the east bay were required to work with corrosive chemicals such as carburetor and brake cleaner, paints and gasket forming materials. The Kleer Sight eyewash provided was not maintained in accordance with the manufacturers requirement.      b) On or about May 4, 2012, at the above located workplace, employees in and around the west bay were required to work with corrosive chemicals such as carburetor and brake cleaner, paints and gasket forming materials. The SAS Safety Corporation eyewash provided in the hallway area was not maintained in accordance with the manufacturers requirement.
