29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    (a)   Brady Sign Company on or about April 30, 2012, at the site of the toll booths at One Cedar Point Dr. Sandusky, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees working from an articulating truck mounted platform were adequately protected from falls. Employees inspecting welds on the causeway sign were ejected from the basket after a vehicle stuck the employees elevated work platform.  No adequate form of fall protection was utilized at the time of the incident.
