29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Employees were working inside a Genie aerial lift truck approximately 25 feet high without a positioning device, which should have been attached, by lanyard, to either the basket or the boom of the lift, while removing a light fixture on the front side of the building. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
