29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use.    Across the aisle from paint spray booth area: Employees are required to work with petroleum products such as but not limited to; paint and paint waste and sufficient access was not provided to employees to access the eye wash station which was blocked by material. 29 CFR 1926.350(a)(11): Inside of buildings, cylinders shall be stored in a well-protected, well-ventilated, dry location, at least 20 feet (6.1 m) from highly combustible materials such as oil or excelsior. Cylinders should be stored in definitely assigned places away from elevators, stairs, or gangways. Assigned storage places shall be located where cylinders will not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons. Cylinders shall not be kept in unventilated enclosures such as lockers and cupboards.    Maintenance Department: The employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders were properly stored for employees who are required to perform non-routine maintenance on airbag machines and other equipment, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
