Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.    a) Production and Maintenance Areas - ELECTRICAL HAZARD. Equipment and material such as but not limited to boxes, pallet, aluminum shelves, microwaves were being stored in front of the 220, 240 and 480 volts electrical panel boxes creating direct access and working space for authorized personnel who are required to perform service or maintenance on the equipment.  Employees were exposed to shock or burn hazards.
