29 CFR 1910.179(g)(1)(iv): Where multiple conductor cable is used with a suspended pushbutton station, the station must be supported in some satisfactory manner that will protect the electrical conductors against strain. a) On or about 05/07/12 in the 12 Shop; the north pendant strain relief was separated from the pendant body, wrapped with white tape and the insulated conductors at the top opening of the pendant body were clearly visible. 29 CFR 1910.179(g)(2)(ii): Electric equipment shall be protected from dirt, grease, oil, and moisture. a) On or about 05/07/12 in the 12 Shop; the strain relief on the north pendant for the overhead crane was pulled away from the pendant body and wrapped with white tape exposing the inside of the pendant body to environmental conditions. No Abatement Certification
