Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse. ESTABLISHMENT: Boxes of material were stored leaning against other storage in an unstable, unsecure manner. MARC GLASSMAN INC, DBA XPECT DISCOUNTS WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD {29 CFR 1910.176(b)} WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 123189763, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 003, ISSUED ON 09/07/2007, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 75 OLD BROADWAY EACH, NORTH HAVEN, CT 06473.
