29 CFR 1926.451(e)(8):     Direct access to or from another surface was used when the scaffold was more than 14 inches (36 cm) horizontally and/or 24 inches (61 cm) vertically from the other surface:    (a) Jobsite: H.H. Gregg, 7377 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, Pa 15229; On or before May 7, 2012, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet to ground level while stepping from a scissor lift to a rooftop in that the gap between the two surfaces measured approximately 18 inches.
