Gregg, 7377 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, Pa 15229; On or before May 7, 2012, employees were working unprotected and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 24 feet to ground level while stepping from a scissor lift to a rooftop in that the gap between the two surfaces measured approximately 18 inches.
