29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage, or the conductors were fastened at intervals exceeding 10 feet: a. On or about May 7, 2012, at the above addressed jobsite, open conductors installed in the basement to power temporary lights were located where persons and equipment could come in contact with the conductors, thereby exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
