29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about April 30, 2012, in the damaged product storage area: Employees required to work and store damaged products in the damaged product storage area were exposed to skin, eye, and lung irritation and fire hazards when the employer left discarded cardboard, paper, and plastic on top of and next to flammable paints which include but is not limited to Devoe Devguard 4190 paint.
