29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: a)At Car Detail Area: On or about May 2, 2012 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees using spray bottles containing hazardous chemicals were labeled with the identity of the chemical to include, but not limited to window cleaner containing isopropanol, tire shine containing ethylene glycol, and liquefied petroleum gas and universal dressing containing glycerine and silicone emulsion. Gentle Touch, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 (f)(5)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316180132, citation number, 1, item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on January 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2855 West Main Street, Dothan, AL 36305.
