29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) In the WPL - North side, an Square D Company 208 volt circuit breaker panel door and outlet were damaged and not properly secured. Employees work in the area on a daily basis. The panel and outlet were it the current condition for at least 1 week. This exposed the employees to electrical hazards. The violation was observed on or about May 4, 2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
