29 CFR 1910.151(c):  Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On or about May 07, 2012 and at times priot thereto, at Patterson Rig 203, Glasscock 1H well site The employees were using chemicals such as, but not limited to, Texas Lime, Hydrated Lime with a pH of approximately 12.5, the employer did not provide an eyewash capable of providing an adequate amout of water to flush the eyes for at least 15 minutes.
