29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. On May 2nd 2012, at the jobsite located at 1524 Hwy 71 North, in Maryville, MO employee was exposed to a struck by hazard in that he was not wearing a protective helmet while overhead work was taking place.
