29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vi):     Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold (except at the side next to the wall being laid) by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems:      For work performed on the west side of the building:  On or about May 1, 2012, employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 10 feet while working from a tube and coupler scaffold that did not have guardrails or other means of fall protection.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
