Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII:    Employee(s) using an air receiver (birthday cake platform) to power sinking hammers to drill at the base of a shaft were exposed to an explosion hazard due to the air receiver being constructed onsite without any building specifications such as materials of construction, design specifications, maximum allowable working pressures, minimum wall thickness requirements, and etc.  The air receiver inside air pressure was between 90 - 110 pounds per square inch.
