29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Construction Site, Auditorium Wall - On or about May 9th, 2012 two employees were fastening siding to the exterior auditorium wall from a JLG aerial lift and were not connected to the basket anchor points. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
