29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and fuardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system; or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, the use or a safety monitoring system alone:    Employees engaged in roofing operations on a roof that had both flat and curved roofs greater than 50 feet in width were exposed to potential fall hazards of between approximately 23 and 39 feet.  There were no warning line system erected to provide fall protection.    Double Repeat:    Kehrer Brothers Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312892821 citation number 1, item number 1a, issued on 06/02/2010 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/23/2010 with respect to a workplace located at 4800 N. University St., Peoria, IL 61614.    Kehrer Brothers Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312224579 citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 05/12/2008 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/02/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 917 S. Kingshighway, Sikeston, MO 63801.    Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citation(s).
