29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinder(s) were not secured in an upright position: a) Main building, center room southend On 23 April 2012, and at times prior thereto, an oxygen and acetylene cylinders were left free standing by the door way. The cylinders were not secured with a chain subjecting the cylinders to been knock over or damaged by passing traffic, exposing workers to struck by hazards.
