VICTORY LIGHTING SERVICES WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) OR IT'S EQUIVALENT, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314273087, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 29, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3222 S. HULEN ST. FORT WORTH, TX 75354.
