29 CFR 1910.151(c):     Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:        a) Batch processing: Batch makers were required to mix ingredients containing hazardous corrosive chemicals such as but not limited to, tartaric acid while manufacturing antacid.   A suitable eyewash facility was not provided within the work area, on or about 05/10/12.     b) Break room: A QC technician handles hazardous corrosive chemicals such as, but not limited to, hydrochloric acid, while performing competency test.   A suitable eyewash facility was not provided within the work area, on or about 05/10/12.           Note: The eyewash unit must meet the requirement of American National Standard (ANSI Z358.1-1998).
