29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: (a) On or around April 26th, 2012 at the location of 4620 Belleview Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64112 employees were performing masonry work in an aerial lift without using proper fall protection. The employer had fall protection available, but was not requiring employees to wear it while working in the aerial lift.
