29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: On or about May 9th, 2012, at the jobsite located at 6647-6659 Conway Court, Oak Forest, IL. - Employees performing roofing activities on a roof with a 4:12 to 8:12 pitch measuring approximately eight (8) feet two (2) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
